your accounts. Every bit of information sent or received is

In addition to the systematic precautions that we have taken
to ensure information security, your Cavalier FCU password
ensures that you are the only authorized user with access
to your account information. Be sure to change your password
every six months or so to ensure its integrity. Keep your
password in a secured place and don't reveal it to anyone.

Can I transfer from my account to my spouse's account?
You should be able to transfer among all accounts on which
you are a joint owner. If an account on which you are a joint
owner doesn't show up on the "transfer" screen,
please call us and we will correct this.
Is there a fee to use online banking at Cavalier
FCU?
No fee when you signup for estatements. A $3.00 monthly charge
will be imposed if you cancel or do not signup for estatements.
What type of browser do I need to access the site?
It is recommended to use the latest version of your current
browser, we suggest Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
How do I get a Cavalier FCU password?
You can call us or visit the credit union office. You may
also fill out a password request online at our website.
Do I need to install any special home banking software?
No, all you need is a PC and an internet service provider.
If you currently have internet access you will be able to
access your accounts on our Internet web site.
